Rocking It For Life was started by a nurse and a teacher and Walmart warehouse worker who shared a passion for helping children to live their best life into adulthood. 

Mission

Our mission is to help decrease childhood obesity, childhood diseases, suicide, anger, anxiety, hopelessness, depression, violence and bullying.

We also aim to help build good character, help instill values, increase self-esteem and confidence while promoting happier and healthier minds and bodies.

What makes Rocking It For Life different

Our unique CD/DVD features positive input to help empower children live their best life into adulthood while having fun. Another great difference is our platform enables different organizations, schools, churches, child centers, YMCA’s, Boys and Girls Clubs, Scouts and even community events to connect, collaborate, partner or just share an event with Rocking It For Life.

We give children the opportunity to make a positive difference in their life and the lives of other children.

Another great difference is Rock It CD/DVD integrates motivating, positive input and wisdom for a successful life that even adults find beneficial.

Rock It is great for motivational character building fitness programs that celebrities or sports figures can be a part of. We also encourage children to share their Rock It video clip on the web site as well as something positive about themselves.  Giving children the opportunity to motivate, inspire and encourage other children across America to believe in themselves, decrease obesity, decrease bullying and be the best they can be.  Rocking It For Life encourages a network of support.

Goal

We want to have Rock It utilized as part of schools, YMCA's and churches exercise/PE programs and character building programs. Our goal is to motivate people to Rock It across America to support and encourage each other to become healthier and happier. 

Rocking It For Life believes you are special.  We desire everyone to be healthy and are passionate about inspiring, motivating and enriching lives.  Our goal is to help transform lives from the inside out by enriching and empowering your inner being with wisdom and keys for success in life.  Spread joy, peace and happiness and help children enjoy their life and have positive childhood memories as they live their best life into adulthood.  

Rock It integrates children’s love for music and fun with the enrichment of positive input, values, encouragement to be active and fit for life.
