Hey celebrities and sports figures, as you know children really look up to you and are motivated and inspired because of your encouragement.  You can help motivate and enrich the lives of children by encouraging schools, YMCA's, churches, Boys & Girls Clubs to Rock It.

Groups, organizations, churches and schools Rock It is a great way to encourage physical activity while helping to build good character in children while they have fun.

Recently we Rocked It in Palestine, TX during the Adrian Peterson #28 of the Minnesota Vikings All Day Celebration.  Guy Brown #59 who played for the Dallas Cowboys passionately spoke to the crowd of children motivating them to set goals and be the best they can be in life.  Children from all over came to move and groove with a positive attitude and had fun participating in Rock It For Life So You Think You Can Rock It dance/exercise competition.   Let's Rock It in your city and positively change lives.
